Irwan resigns as chairman of Inland Revenue Board

Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah is no longer on the board of directors of Bank Negara Malaysia.

KUALA LUMPUR: Former Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Dr Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah (pic) has resigned from his post as chairman of the Inland Revenue Board (IRB), effective May 23, 2018.

In a statement on Friday (June 1), IRB said the post would be assumed by the new Treasury secretary-general, in accordance with the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia Act 1995.
