Unicef Malaysia calls for Children Commissioner to represent the rights of children

PETALING JAYA: The new Government needs a Children's Commissioner, said Unicef acting representative in Malaysia Dr Amjad Rabi.

"Children have a voice but we do not listen to them, we need a Commissioner to draft policies and regulations based on the best interests of children," he told The Star on Monday.
