PETALING JAYA: Datuk Seri Michael Chong (pic) will remain as MCA Public Services and Complaints Department (PSCD) head.

"Many often mistaken my position as Public Services and Complaints Bureau Head but I am merely an employee of MCA Headquarters who manages the PSCD in Kuala Lumpur.
