Kepong MP lodges police report against 1MDB's Arul Kanda

KUALA LUMPUR: Kepong MP Lim Lip Eng has lodged a police report against 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) CEO Arul Kanda Kandasamy for allegedly making false statements on the financial status of the company.

Lim said that action should be taken against Arul Kanda under Section 202 and 203 of the Penal Code for intentional omission and giving false information.
