Malaysian Indian Football Association chairman Datuk T. Mohan has offered to resign should the new Government take over its running, reported Makkal Osai.
The Malaysian Indian Sports Council-Malaysian Indian Football Association Football Club was formed to help Indian youths excel in football.
The association, which received funding from the Socio-Economic Development of Indian Community Unit under the previous administration, has been a success story after breaking into the Malaysian Premier League last year.
It won the FAM League in 2016 and earned promotion to play in the Premier League.
