KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 100 Bertam Valley residents in Cameron Highlands have won their negligence suit against Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) over the flood situation five years ago.
High Court judge Justice Nordin Hassan found TNB liable for the flood which caused destruction to the residents' properties and lost of lives on Oct 23, 2013.
