KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal had advised former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to investigate the 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) issue despite knowing that it could cost him his job.
“I did it for the country, I did not care if I would lose my post in the ministry or my job altogether because I felt that the matter should be investigated,” he said after an event here yesterday.
