KOTA KINABALU: Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan's position as the Huguan Siou (paramount leader) of the Kadazandusun community cannot be challenged, says Datuk Peter Anthony.
The newly-minted Sabah Infrastructure Development Minister said this after allegations arose on social media that he was eyeing the community figurehead position.
