Azmin Ali withdraws suit compelling IGP to arrest Jho Low

KUALA LUMPUR: Economic Affairs Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali has withdrawn his appeal at the Court of Appeal over his suit to compel the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) to extradite businessman Low Taek Jho to Malaysia in relation to 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) controversy.

Azmin's lawyer Latheefa Koya said her client withdrew his appeal against the IGP on Tuesday (May 22).
