PETALING JAYA: MyPPP has instructed its solicitors to commence action against the "wrongful and illegal" conduct of its former president Tan Sri M. Kayveas who claimed that the party had decided to cut ties with Barisan Nasional.

Acting president Datuk Seri Maglin Dennis D'Cruz said Kayveas is no longer a member of MyPPP since April 25 and has been misleading party members and the public that he is still president.
