GEORGE TOWN: Former Deputy Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr Hilmi Yahaya has quit as the Balik Pulau Umno chief.

In a press statement yesterday, Dr Hilmi said his deputy Datuk Dr Muhammad Farid Saad would take over as the Balik Pulau Umno division chief.
