KUALA LUMPUR: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak should be treated with dignity amidst the ongoing search over the past 48 hours by officials at his private residence, said Tun Daim Zainuddin.

“Everyone should be respected and treated as a human being, especially the ex-prime minister. They (officials) should let people sleep,” said the chairman of the newly-formed Council of Eminent Persons (CEP) at a press conference at his office here Friday.
