EC chairman denies being at Najib's house and scolding reporters

PETALING JAYA: Election Commission chairman Tan Sri Mohd Hashim Abdullah said he had been the victim of false accusations regarding his supposed presence at former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak’s private residence.  

The EC chairman issued a statement saying an article was published on two Facebook pages on Thursday (May 17) of his alleged presence at Najib's home, and had given a vulgar statement to reporters staking out the area.
