KUANTAN: Pakatan Harapan secretariat chief Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah says that the rule of law must be applied when obtaining a pardon for Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
"The issue of whether there is a delay does not arise," Saifuddin said, commenting on the postponement of the Pardons Board's meeting.
