KUALA LUMPUR: The Government can terminate Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali’s contract sooner than the three years granted to him but subject to the terms in his contract, says senior lawyer Datuk Roger Tan.
He said unlike former A-G Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail, Apandi is not a civil servant.
