KUALA KANGSAR: State Pakatan Harapan chairman Ahmad Faizal Azumu has been sworn in as the new Perak Mentri Besar, ending a four-day saga when both Pakatan and Barisan Nasional could not achieve a simple majority in the state assembly.
Ahmad Faizal, 48, took his oath of office in front of Sultan of Perak Sultan Nazrin Muizzuddin Shah during the swearing-in ceremony at around 6pm at Istana Iskandariah here yesterday.
