ALOR SETAR: Wan Fatimah Md Arshad was standing in line to cast her vote at SK Titi Gajah here when she saw Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad and his wife Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali, who were her old neighbours, and immediately rushed out of the line to meet the couple.
