PETALING JAYA: A 39-year-old mother of two managed to cast her vote even though she received her ballot papers in London on May 8 at 10.40am London time.
“My vote made it guys, my vote MADE IT!! Thanks to my runner Toh L.Ann who not only delivered my vote, but five other votes which would have come to nought," said Laych Koh.
