PAGOH: The much-anticipated debate "showdown" between two parliamentary candidates will not take place on Sunday (May 6) night as it did not receive the green light from the authorities.

The proposed debate would have pit Pakatan Harapan candidate Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman against Barisan Nasional's Datuk Seri Razali Ibrahim at a hotel in Muar at 9pm.
