KOTA KINABALU: Two suspected fish bombers have been arrested while one managed to flee while they were busy transferring their catch from a boat to a four-wheel-drive vehicle in Labuan on Saturday (May 5).

According to Labuan Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) director Kapt Che Adnan Md Isa, the three men were seen carrying fish into a car at about 1am.
