SHAH ALAM: Selangor police have opened 22 investigation papers following reports lodged between Nomination Day and May 2 over election offences.
Asst Comm Nordin Manan, the state police spokesman for the 14th General Election, said seven cases were being probed under the Election Offences Act 1954, and nine under Section 427/435 of the Penal Code (for mischief).
