KUALA TERENGGANU: PAS is celebrating an early “victory” after the London High Court struck out a substantial portion of Sarawak Report editor Clare Rewcastle-Brown’s defence against a suit by party president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang.
The court also ordered Rewcastle-Brown to pay Abdul Hadi £41,400 (about RM223,275) in legal costs for the preliminary round of the case.
