KUALA LUMPUR: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad (pic) has laughed off claims of a Pakatan Harapan plan to admit him into hospital just before GE14 polling day to draw sympathy votes.

Commenting on a statement by Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi who said that Barisan Nasional was aware of such a ploy, Dr Mahathir said "I don't think I have to be admitted to hospital for people to sympathise with me."
