GEORGE TOWN: Vandalism has reared its ugly head on the first day of campaigning when a billboard here was torched within hours after it was put up.
Barisan Nasional’s candidate for Pulau Tikus Loo Jieh Sheng said only a small portion of the billboard he put up along Jalan Kelawai was left intact.
