KAMPAR: Plans to construct a government hospital here will take effect if Datuk Lee Chee Leong is given the mandate in GE14. 

The MCA vice-president who is also the candidate for the Kampar parliamentary seat said the approval was granted in 2012 when he was still the MP there.
