PUTRAJAYA: Tian Chua, who wants to contest the Batu parliamentary seat, can file a petition and let the court decide on his disqualification, says Election Commission (EC) chairman Tan Sri Mohd Hashim Abdullah.
The decision to disqualify the PKR vice-president was done by the area’s Returning Officer (RO), he said.
