PETALING JAYA: A "Datuk Seri Indera" has been detained after he allegedly solicited bribes from a former director-general of a Government agency by claiming that he could "settle" the latter's corruption case.
The 49-year-old engineering consultant had told the ex-senior government officer that he was under investigation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
