Life imitates art: The ‘Black Panther’-themed images of Khairy and Nurul Izzah that were posted on their respective Instagram pages.

PETALING JAYA: Cleverly cashing in on Hollywood popularity, two politicians have “transformed” themselves into the Malay­sian versions of characters from the Marvel superhero box office hit Black Panther.

In an Instagram post, Rembau Barisan Nasional candidate Khairy Jamaluddin gave King of Wakanda, T’Challa, a run for his money with a Black Panther-esque poster of himself doing the Wakan­da salute – crossing the arms in front of the chest.
