Wee blasts Opposition over UEC wording

PASIR GUDANG: MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has thrown the Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) issue back into the Opposition’s court after it attacked Barisan Nasional’s commitment to making it a recognised qualification.

“The Opposition is making allegations that Barisan is not going to recognise the UEC simply because our GE14 manifesto used the word pertimbangkan (will consider),” said Dr Wee.
