KUALA LUMPUR: A 35-year-old Palestinian lecturer and member of the Islamist organisation Hamas, who was sprayed with bullets in an early morning attack here, was a marked man, police have confirmed.
Based on CCTV footage, police have ruled out that he was a victim of a random shooting as other people walked past the two assailants and nothing happened to them.
