KUALA LUMPUR: A supervisor of a road construction company was fined RM2,500, in default three months’ jail, by the magistrate’s court here for using criminal force to deter two policemen from discharging their duties by clawing the hands of the enforcement officers.
Magistrate Mahyudin Mohmad Som yesterday meted out the fine on P. Jeva Sankar, 50, who pleaded guilty.
