KOTA KINABALU: The inclusion of the Malaysia Agreement 1963 for Sabah and Sarawak in Barisan Nasional's manifesto launched on Saturday may not see the light of day, claims Datuk Seri Shafie Apdal (pic).

"According to their manifesto, the MA63 would only be realised by consensus (meaning all states in Malaysia would have to agree as well)," the Parti Warisan Sabah president said during a meet-the-people session in Kunak, which is Sabah's east coast, on Sunday.
