KOTA KINABALU: The Opposition Parti Cinta Sabah (PCS) has filed an injunction at the Kota Kinabalu High Court seeking to postpone the state elections or to repeal the 13 new state seats gazetted in 2016.
PCS president Datuk Seri Wilfred Bumburing and four other party members filed their suit yesterday, naming the chief minister, state government, the State Assembly and the Election Commission (EC) as defendants.
