RM67mil collected in compounds by Awas


A total of RM67mil in compounds were collected through the implementation of the Automated Awareness Safety System (Awas) from 2015 until January this year, says the Transport Ministry in a written reply to M. Kulasegaran (DAP-Ipoh Barat).

The MP wanted to know the revenue derived from the collection of fines imposed based on the speed trap cameras installed along the roads.
