PKR man told to enter defence over false statements to MACC

KUALA LUMPUR: Ampang PKR chief Datuk Adam Rosly Abdullah has been ordered by the Sessions Court here to enter his defence against six charges of submitting false statements and documents to the MACC during a probe into his wealth last year.

Justice Allaudeen Ismail made the ruling after the prosecution, which called 11 witnesses during the trial that began on Jan 9, succeeded in proving a prima facie case against Adam Rosly.
