SEREMBAN: A SJKT Ladang Lenggeng teacher was acquitted and discharged by the Sessions Court here for allegedly having in his possession images of a leaked UPSR exam paper.
In acquitting 37-year-old Murugan Palanisamy, judge Ahmad Fairuz Mohd Puzi said the defence had succeeded in raising reasonable doubt in the case.
