KUALA LUMPUR: Cadet officer Zulfarhan Osman Zulkarnain, who was allegedly tortured by his friends, looked fatigued and dehydrated the day before he died, the High Court heard.
Dr Azfar Hussin of Klinik As-Salam Bandar Baru Bangi said Zulfarhan of Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM) came back to the clinic on May 31, 2017, four days after his first treatment there.
