State voters know what they want

KELANTAN is bursting with a riot of colours, as flags of rival parties paint the battleground state red, blue, green, white and orange. The war of flags has begun, although it is against election rules to prematurely display campaign materials.

But people here are too deep into politics to mind early campaigning.
