KUALA LUMPUR: The Women, Family and Community Development Ministry has outlined recommendations for parents or guardians to prevent the recurrence of cases where children are left in vehicles, resulting in injury or death.
Minister Datuk Seri Rohani Abdul Karim said cases of negligent parents leaving children in the vehicle, which had caused the five deaths since 2016, was a serious matter.
