GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Island City Council (MBPP) has sent a RM250 compound to the state Gerakan headquarters for putting up political posters all over Penang.
MBPP Licensing Department head Azman Sirun said the summons was hand-delivered at 3.30pm yesterday.
