KUALA LUMPUR: An Iranian caught a thief who snatched his wife’s handbag in front of a hotel along Jalan Conlay.

But that was not all the foreigner did. That citizen’s arrest helped the police solve seven other snatch theft cases here and in Ampang that occurred over the past two years.
