Lawyer claims trial to CBT charges


BUTTERWORTH: A woman lawyer pleaded not guilty at a Sessions Court here to three charges of criminal breach of trust (CBT) involving a total of RM150,000 over the purchase of a house three years ago.

Rosnah Ainon Mustafa, 45, is charged with committing the offences on three separate occasions to buy a house in Taman Jawi belonging to Ismail Aziz, 44, at 68, Tingkat 1 Jalan Besar, Taman Cenderawasih Indah, Nibong Tebal between April 16, 2015 and July 29, 2015.
