GEORGE TOWN: Six Penang MCA divisions are frustrated with the possible swapping of the Bayan Baru and Batu Kawan parliamentary constituencies, said Bukit Gelugor divisional chairman Datuk Koay Kar Huah.

He said that state Gerakan chairman Teng Chang Yeow did not discuss the matter with the six MCA divisions before issuing a statement on a possible MCA-Gerakan seat swap for the coming general election.
