Pandikar should file a defamation suit, says Opposition MP

KUALA LUMPUR: DAP's Ngeh Koo Ham claims Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia does not have the power to take action in Parliament against the three Opposition MPs who challenged him to resign.

The Beruas MP said this was because the statement by Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming, Batu Gajah MP V. Sivakumar and himself was made outside Parliament grounds.
