KUALA KUBU BARU: A man died a gruesome death after he was flung out of the car in an accident along the North-South Expressway near the Lembah Beringin toll plaza and run over by several vehicles.

The body of Chee Hook Long, 21, was found badly mutilated.

Four others in the car that Chee was travelling in were injured and treated at the Sungai Buloh Hospital while the driver was unharmed.

During the 2.40am incident yesterday, Chee had been travelling with his friends from Negri Sembilan to Ipoh when the 21-year-old driver lost control of the car and crashed into a drain along the road.

“Chee, who was sitting in the back, was flung out of the rear window,” said Hulu Selangor district police chief Superintendent Lim Bhak Pai.

He landed on the opposite lane of the highway and was run over by several vehicles.
