KUALA LUMPUR: Pandan lawmaker Rafizi Ramli (pic) conveyed his heartfelt apologies to fellow MPs in the Dewan Rakyat if he had slighted their feelings in the past.
Rafizi acknowledged that this is his last speech as a lawmaker as he will not be contesting in the coming GE14.
