Semporna cops dismiss rumours about robber being shot dead

KOTA KINABALU: Cops in Semporna have dismissed rumours about a robber being shot dead after stabbing an elderly man and robbing him of his Bantuan Rakyat 1Malaysia (BR1M) money.

"According to a witness, a man was walking near the bank when he suddenly sat and then laid on the ground," said Semporna police chief Supt Peter Umbuas.
