KUALA LUMPUR: The demands made by three DAP MPs asking Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Pandikar Amin Mulia to step down shows the Opposition's desperation and has tarnished the image of the august House, said Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said.

The Minister in the Prime Minister's Department said Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming, Beruas MP Datuk Ngeh Koo Ham and Batu Gajah MP V. Sivakumar were being malicious when they accused Pandikar of being in cahoots with the ruling party to cover up corruption scandals.
