BUKIT MERTAJAM: Two days before Teh Chin Wei sat for her STPM in November, her house was inundated in what was described as the worst floods to hit Penang.

Despite the ordeal, the SMJK Jit Sin student passed her exam with flying colours, scoring a cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 4.0.
