GEORGE TOWN: Consortium Zenith Construction Sdn Bhd (CZC) has withdrawn its letter of demand against Datuk Seri Abdul Azeez Abdul Rahim (pic) over the RM6.34bil Penang undersea tunnel project.
Abdul Aziz, who is Baling MP, said CZC has also retracted claims made in a letter issued to his lawyer on Saturday (March 3).
